Listings are compiled from public sources: the federal NPI registry of licensed providers and therapists’ own websites.

Verified listings

A verified listing links to the therapist’s own website. Details such as approach, fees, insurance and online sessions come from that website, and each listing shows which site it came from and when it was last checked.

Verified does not mean we have checked a license with a state board or reviewed the quality of care. Websites change, so please confirm fees, insurance and availability with the therapist.

Other licensed therapists

City pages also list licensed marriage and family therapists from the NPI registry whose details we haven’t confirmed yet. For them we show only name, credentials, city, ZIP code and the registry phone number, which may be out of date. We never show street addresses.

Corrections and removals

If something is wrong, or you’re a therapist who doesn’t want to be listed, tell us here. We aim to process requests within 7 days.
